How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: If you wish to return or exchange your Union Deals product, please email us at support@union-deals.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange. We’ll handle the rest!

No Return Slips: Union Deals packages do not include return slips. Simply contact us for return instructions.

Return Policy

Timeframe: Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to return a product after this period, contact us for assistance.

Refunds: Returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Processing Time: Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Incorrect Products

If you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us at support@union-deals.co.uk immediately. We will ensure you receive the correct Union Deals item.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Returning a Product You’re Not Satisfied With

Packaging Instructions:

Securely pack the items in a box. Affix the mailing label to the address side of the parcel, covering any previous addresses and barcodes. Ensure proper postage is affixed. Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company.

No Return Label: If you did not receive a return label, email us at support@union-deals.co.uk for assistance.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at support@union-deals.co.uk before returning the item. We will guide you through the returns procedure and find a suitable solution.

Important Note

If your purchase was not made through our official website, www.union-deals.co.uk, the return policy of the retailer where you made the purchase will apply.

General Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Special Process Products: For products requiring special handling, the shipping time may extend to 7-15 days. This will be clearly indicated on the product details page.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Area: We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom. If your location is not supported, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on all orders.

Priority Shipping: A shipping fee of £3.95 will be applied at checkout for priority shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after processing. In some cases, delivery may extend to 10-15 calendar days due to external factors.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Carrier Information

We ship via all major carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The most suitable carrier will be selected based on the destination and product size.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive the email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

Visit our "Track My Order" page or click the "View My Order" button in your confirmation email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Union Deals is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order Modifications: If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us before 7:00 PM (GMT) on the day of purchase. Cancellations requested after this period may not be possible if the package is already in transit. If the package is in transit, we recommend refusing the delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the cancellation and refund within 1-2 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact our support team at support@union-deals.co.uk to initiate a return and receive further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@union-deals.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Wrong Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If an item is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Union Deals is not liable. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the package to the correct address.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
